Reporting Quality and Safety Issues

If you have any concerns regarding the safety or quality of care at Next Life Recovery Center, we encourage you to report them through one of the following options:

During Treatment
If you are currently receiving services, please contact your Program Director or ask to speak with a member of our Leadership Team. They will address your concerns promptly and respectfully.

After Discharge
If you have already completed treatment, you may contact the center directly and request to speak with the Client Advocate or Program Administrator. Our team will work with you to review your concerns and find an appropriate resolution.

Reporting to The Joint Commission
If you wish to report a safety or quality concern directly to The Joint Commission, you may do so in any of the following ways:
